Full fit out of a bare shell in the prestigious New Street Square development in Central London . Full Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation. Many bespoke fixtures and fittings. All carried out underneath an operational office block with strict noise restrictions. All carried out on programme and budget whilst causing minimal disruption and inconvenience to other tenants and businesses in the vicinity.
