Bespoke boutique restaurant in Fitzrovia, central London. Full strip out and fit out over ground and basement floors. Full mechanical and electrical installation with many bespoke fittings and furniture. All very high end spec. Great deal of challenges due to it being in an old building and services running through other demises. Completed on programme and budget in a very tight timeframe.
