This job consisted of a full strip out back to the bare concrete on the ground floor and basement of the property on Hanover Street. Some of the key elements of this project were relocation of the existing staircase while adhering to the strict noise restriction imposed in the area, Full mechanical and electrical installation and the installation of bespoke hand made tiles. With all this in mind the project was handed over on time and within budget
