Project Details
This was a full fit out from bare concrete walls on London’s Cannon Street. The project included the installation of a steel mezzanine floor to maximise the space available to the client for their prep kitchen and office while keeping an open and airy atmosphere within the café. There was a complicated light raft installation using reclaimed scaffolding to construct this. Another key feature was the application of a clear epoxy floor finish to bring the existing concrete floor to life. We worked alongside the project manage to cost engineer this project with the tight budget available
