Complete renovation of The Bridge Inn, London SW13 to a boutique style hotel including full external decoration. We demolished 2 floors of previously rented accommodation and overhauled this space into 8 modern bedrooms over a 10 week period. As main contractors of the project we project managed a bespoke fit-out including unique panelling, made-to-measure bedroom furniture and wardrobes as well as the refurbishment of windows with the addition of new secondary glazing.
