Opened with the launch of this huge shopping centre, the lease was signed nine weeks before the opening putting extreme pressure on us all to develop the design and complete the works within a very inflexible timeframe. The work was completed within budget and to programme, even though the final details of the feature wall was only agreed ten days before the opening
