Full shell fit-out of two floors in this state of the art building in Brighton. Plus X is a new concept of co working spaces that are designed to drive business support, innovation, collaboration and a positive local impact.
The works comprised of forming new studwork partitions to all areas. Full electrical and mechanical installation. Custom made wall cladding and finishes including decoration throughout alongside bespoke fixed and loose furniture. Folding/sliding acoustic partition, two kitchens and eight sound proof ‘phone’ booths for high quality media production.
