Project Details
We provided full Project Management and worked collaborately with the Freehaus Designers to create this beautiful studio for Here Design in London Fields. The project entailed a full strip out of the former recording studio to a bare shell and a refurbishment of the warehouse to provide acoustically seperated flexible meeting rooms and a reception area on one half. In the other half we created a large multi-use kitchen and dining area for the meeting rooms and offices above to use. The original brickwork and details have been exposed to acknowledge the buildings origins whist improving acoustic separation, floor to ceiling heights and natural daylight throughout.
Some bespoke finishes completed the transformation on a relatively tight budget; part-glazed timber partition walls, oak & valchromat joinery, reclaimed feature lighting and kitchen cabinetry and worktops along were all crafted by our team.
