Project Details
Full refurbishment of an existing well established cornerstone of Brighton. Included refurbishing the entire building including a new roof terrace conservatory and a new winestore tasting and event space. Large amount of bespoke metalwork. Mechanical and electrical installation. New flooring throughout. Completed on time and budget inspite of very tight time scales. We were also only able to have the ground floor closed for 3 weeks and then had to finish the rest of the restaurant whilst they were trading which wasn’t an easy undertaking. Further cementing our reputation as tight turnaround specialists.
