Project Details
The complete refurbishment of this very run down basement flat, including the hard landscaping and planting of the garden. The internal works consisted of putting in a new kitchen, stripping out and re-fitting the bathrooms to a high spec and redecoration and repairs throughout. We also carried out the garden works to design by Andy Sturgeon, put in decking and fencing, repaired the Victorian wall which was about to collapse and installed a water feature.
